I believe that this is the outfit that pushed for reducing the non-shielded cable requirements so they could sell more copper shielding. :mad:

Charlie. one of their papers they sent me stated they used 500 Kcmil for ground rings, 250 Kcmil to ground rods. Im use to allways reading papers that are the NEC minimum. It was an eye opener to see that there are jobs that actually have that much grounding. Plus in another paper they mentioned something called a "Halo", of which they installed 2 in a computer room. After watching Mike Holts grounding DVD its hard for me to see why all this is necessary.
