Figure 517.31(A) - Essential Electrical System

See attached sketch, part of this sketch is Figure 517.31(A) in NEC code book with the exception of fire pump ATS.
My understanding FP's ATS won't be part of Essential Electrical System in healthcare facility, correct?
So, what system does it belong to? Emergency system? I am asking because I want to know when calculating
the total essential load toward 150kVA threshold value, should I exclude the fire pump load in the sketch?

You would have to use all essential loads that would be running simultaneously with the fire pump or, provide load shedding of some loads, see 695.3(D)(1)

I agree, my point is fp load should not be included in calculation per 517.31(B) to decide ATS quantity.
