I am sure that the fumes are flammable, but the question would be is if they ever reach the lower explosive limit. If they do, there are other issues beyond the electrical classification...one being worker safety. NIOSH says that anything above 10% of LEL is to be considered an atmosphere that is Immediately Dangerous to Life and Health. IDLH atmospheres require the use of supplied air respirators. If the level is less than 10% of LEL, it would still probably require a canister type respirator with a canister rated for that chemical.
