How would you calculate the Feeder and Service for each Panels in 1 Big Apartment when before there used to by 3 Separate Apartments with separate Panels in each.
They want to keep each of the 3 (125AMP 120/208V/1P) Panels, but now there isn't any kitchen or laundry equipment on each Panel. The kitchen load is on one Panel and the Laundry is an another panel. While on the last Panel it's just general lighting and general receptacles. There aren't any big loads beside some A/C equipment on all the Panels.
I am assuming I still need to add the total square footage of 3 VA/ft^2, 2 Small Appliance at 1500VA/each.
