210 part III has all the general required outlets, majority of the requirements are in 210.52 which applies to dwellings and 210.60 that applies to guest rooms/suites/dormitories or similar.

Hardly anything else is required for receptacle outlets in the remainder of requirements except a receptacle to service HVAC equipment and a receptacle near the service equipment.

Just a note on the difference in load calcs for dwelling and non dwelling.
Dwelling units have a long list of required receptacle locations, but even with 100 receptacles on a circuit, they are included in 3 VA per Sq Ft calculation.
But non dwelling units every receptacle installed counts as 180 VA. As pointed out, a service area receptacle is required, HVAC equipment, and for a conference room. Other than that no receptacles are required, but most users find them handy
