Extension Building (ANNEX) Panelboard

Is there an article says that the panel shall be located in the extension building, not in the main....

The lighting loads are connected in the panelboard of the main building, all other equipment and convenience outlet will be located in the annex

We are using PEC which is based on the NEC, I browse NEC for ANNEX wiring and protection and I can't found any

An annex is just part of a building. Like another room. I don't think there's any specific code that would require a panel board in any particular room.

Generally, an annex implies a structure tacked on to an existing structure, not something completely separate.
