To install 150 Ft 3" PVC SCH 40 and 150 Ft 1 1/4" EMT mounting to strut on wall working on 8 Ft ladder? How many man hours should I allow for here?

so, you have 20 1' pieces of strut to shoot to the wall....

a laser will help a lot, and speed it up.

20 hours labor, is my swag, if there isn't anyone and
anything in the way.... gluing 3" pvc off ladders is
gonna be a pain doing it by yourself.... so you need a
helper......

What will you be pulling in the conduit?

I'm right at 19.5 man hours to 21 man hours depending on what system I'm using. This does not include the wire pull.

That makes me feel great I settled on 18 last night and frankly went up to 24 for GP, in my mind...

That's a good number to. When you add time for material handling, clean up, breaks, the supervisor trying to talk with you, time can really add up.

I'm really surprised why the op did not mention what he is pulling. Or is he just pulling a string.
