Electrical panel location on laundry room (assuming it meets clearance)

I have a residential type building (condos). I know that you cannot put electrical panels in locations such as clothing closets. Would it be okay to put electrical panel in a laundry room where it has a dryer and washer? assuming it meets clearance requirements. There is technically still clothing that will be around in those rooms.

Yes. Laundry rooms are fine for panels. The key is the 110.26 required clearances.
