Electrical Distribution Cable transfer from wood poles with horizontal cross bars to concrete poles with vertical connection points

Merry Christmas
Requesting detailed instructions with step-by-step guidance on transferring 3-phase electrical distribution cables from wood poles with horizontal cross bars to concrete poles with vertical connection points. Steps must include guidance for using spacers or other devices for preventing live cables from touching each other and causing a phase-to-phase line fault.

Middle to top, the outsides are “airplane wings” which way are you turning...

No spacers required.

Just wondering why a CEO is asking?
Probably initials of some type.
You would be amazed at the practical knowledge base of some BSE graduates. They don’t teach you everything in a school. Especially how wire makes turns on poles or how to fix line transitions at turns or two way feed end points. Getting these to phase in properly and safely can be tricky, and the wire may need to roll a time or two through two or three horizontal to vertical or vertical to horizontal spans

Knowing the math and passing the tests is one thing. Putting it in practical application is another.
