I can not seem to find any code references that may limit or otherwise define how PVC duct-banks are to be installed below substation grounding grids. I have researched NEC, NESC and RUS and can't seem to find any references at all. My inclination is to follow NEC as it is written regarding cover and grounding, etc. If anyone can direct me to further information I would appreciate it.
