Downsizing feeder rating with smaller OCPD

Im planning to install a 200A 3-ph fused manual transfer switch in an existing feeder to a remote building. The breaker from the switch gear is 225A And the panels MCB is also 225A. The connected load in the building is well below 200A, and is never expected to exceed 200A. Will the 200A fuses in the transfer switch now make this a 200A rated feeder ?

on a side note, the generators inlet is rated 200A as well. ( yes its fun to plug in a 200A pin and sleeve connector.

Simple answer: Yes. The (intentional) weak link is the rating.
