We are setting up a temporary power rack for a construction site. There will be two main breaker distribution panels on the rack. Feeder taps will be made from the wireway above the panels utilizing power distribution blocks. The power will come from a genset approx. 20ft away and eventually swapped to metered utility power (temporary). Do I need a disconnect on this temporary power rack before the wireway or can the genset breaker and/or power pole disconnect serve as the disconnecting means? I'm reviewing 240.21(B)(5).
