Damp Location?

I am having problems with the whole concept of high heat and pressure "removing 95% of the water from the steam" and of water injection adding "water vapor" to the steam!.
I think that the idea is that there are few water *droplets* in the steam stream [sic], and this reduces the formation of water condensation on the surface being cleaned.
I do not think its use would make the whole area damp but directing the steam at devices and fixtures that are not rated for damp or wet conditions would be a no-no.
(The temperature could be a problem too.)

Well they're buying the thing regardless. I guess I'm just going to have to see them using it before I decide if I'm going to call that room a damp location due to its use.
