Why do you ask?

Only way I can think of is a motor-generator setup or rectify it and use the DC to power a 50Hz inverter.

Couldn't you also reduce the rpm speed of the generator motor?

Theoretically YES.

We have acustomer who manufacturers 50Hz equipment. We installed a motor generatro for their application. Standard 3ph 480V 60Hz runs a 220 V 1 phase 50Hz generator.

Would be cheaper to buy equipment designed to run on 50Hz rather than buy expensive motor generators and the like.
