In relation to 250.64(C) , where the GEC is to be unspliced except by irreversible means, (i.e. crimp splice, exothermic welding, etc.), what would be a clear example of (2) busbars connected together? That would not include splicing from multiple service disconnecting means enclosure ground bus to ground bus would it? Thanks for opinions and interpretations.

The only thing I can think of is the large copper bus section that is installed on commercial job for the grounding electrodes conductor's.

Although it is not the GEC the EGC bus at the bottom of the photo is bolted together.
