HI EVERYONE,

I HAVE A CLIENT WHICH IS ASKING ME TO PROVIDE A REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM FOR 3 O 4 DIFFERENT DEVICES, I CAN MAKE THEM WORK INDIVIDUALLY THROUGH CONTACTORS AND, ON AND OFF SWITCHES, CAUSE SOME OF THE LOADS ARE 3PH , THE SWITCHES WILL TRIGGER THE COIL OF THE CONTACTORS AND TURN THE LOADS ON, BUT HE WANTS TO HAVE A REMOTE CONTROL TO ACTIVATE THOSE SWITCHES, I WONDER IF YOU CAN SUGGEST A RELIABLE SYSTEMS; SOMEBODY TOLD ME ABOUT A SYSTEM CALLED X-10, BUT SEARCHING ONLINE THIS SYSTEM'S GOT NO GOOD REVIEWS AT ALL (NO RELIABLE) TXS FOR YOUR HELP

You could use wireless remotes for ceiling fans etc. Cheap anyways. Use the outputs to switch the contactors.
Not elegant, not a lot of range but it would work.

Try looking at some Z-wave controllers and switches. I have been looking at doing some home Automation myself and a friend of mine in the alarm buisness who also does automation said Zwave was alot more reliable than x10.
