Connecting a Wye feeding a Delta transformer

I have a machine that has a 480 delta to 380 wye transformer for it's supply.
My building is giving me a 480 wye to the machine... can this work or do I need to change the machine transformer.

You can connect a transformer delta to a wye system. Just ignore the neutral on the supply.

That is what I was planning on, I just wanted to make sure that I wouldn't run into any issues.

The 480 Delta is just the configuration of the three coils on the primary side. The transformer primary doesn't care that the 3Ø originates in a Wye system.

I would be looking to see if the machine needs 50 or 60 hertz. 380 is an overseas voltage that is usually 50 hertz.
