CNC Milling Machine - VFD

I purchased a CNC mill. The control panel has a VFD built into the system. It's a Leeson Speedmaster SM Series. The wires for the output were all disconnected. It uses an APOLLO III control system. If anyone has a direction they can point me to, I will be so happy. Feel free to contact me regarding a fix.
