Is there a way to pass a Class I Div 1 connection through a standard enclosure?

I would like to place a small XP enclosure within a purged enclosure. The XP enclosure will provide power to the purge unit and a relay contractor to energize the purged enclosure when it is safe to do so.

How can I pass power through the Nema 4x enclosure to the XP Nema 7/9 enclosure inside?

I was looking at these Meyers hubs, but they are only rated to Class I Div 2.

We occasionally weld a female female conduit coupler into the wall of the panel for non-xp applications. I don't think that would be an option here (welding may reduce the integrity of the coupling).

There is a small XP enclosure (Nema 7/9) inside of the Nema 4x enclosure. The Nema 4X enclosure is purged (type X).

So...AC power to the XP enclosure passes through the Nema 4x on it's way...

Well, here is a fitting used to allow a conduit to enter a containment sump underground in fuel systems. It is designed to be watertight. The conduit just passes through, it does not connect to this fitting, the fitting just seals around the conduit. I don't know if this will help.
