Class 2 LED light?

I am wiring new construction with low voltage lighting. House is off grid so that every watt will be accounted for. I am using class 2 power supply and class 3 wire. I am looking for LEDs to install. Do I need lamps or fixtures that are marked for class 2 operation? I especially like some 6" flat units that pop right into a 5" hole in sheetrock, but don't want to invest in a bunch of lights that inspector isn't going to ok.
