Class 1,2 and 3 circuits for remote control, signaling and power-limited circuit

The glaring limitation here is no matter what you do, Category cable must be maximum #22 so it never meets the power cable minimum of #18 so must always be isolated in a separate class 1/2/3 raceway only.
Code section for that rule?

Its a type of communication cable. Running instrument wiring for 4-20 mA loops, serial commumications, and RTDs is one thing. But you can’t run Ethernet in the same raceway with general purpose wiring no matter what. Even ADSS (all dielectric fiber) at least has to be run in inner duct, at least under NEC and with Listed equipment. If the AHJ Approves it without Listing or the application is outside Listing obviously this limitation goes away.

There is nothing in the NEC that supports either one of those statements.
