Code requires a fan rated box or fan has to be independently supported.

314.27
(C) Boxes at Ceiling-Suspended (Paddle) Fan Outlets.
Outlet boxes or outlet box systems used as the sole support of
a ceiling-suspended (paddle) fan shall be listed, shall be
marked by their manufacturer as suitable for this purpose, and
shall not support ceiling-suspended (paddle) fans that weigh
more than 32 kg (70 lb). For outlet boxes or outlet box systems
designed to support ceiling-suspended (paddle) fans that
weigh more than 16 kg (35 lb), the required marking shall
include the maximum weight to be supported.

I dont have a junction box to mount it.. I will drill it to the ceiling..
Now in the 3 prong cord... I guess the black on it withe the black/blue on the fan.. The white on the fan to the other on the cord(no color noted) and the middle on to the ground...
Where can i ground thr ground wire.. I have no junction box?

I am sorry but this really getting DIY. I have probably already let it go too far.

I doubt that the fan is listed for a cord connection.

At this point I gotta recommend you hire an electrician.
