You will need multiple molds and loads for each type.

Ok,

I will have a Erico Tech look at drawing for guidance. How many molds Needed. Is their 1 general tool and you can change molds. Or they all complete separate molds entirely.

Each type of connection and wire size requires a different mold. Plus a array of handles, and shot size can vary. Molds do wear out. You will want a propane torch to dry out the mold. Get the electric igniter and shots, much safer

Also a handy thing to have around we use sometimes in a pinch is duct seal. Sometimes on a akward size pipe where mold doesn’t fit or seal perfectly we will use it to seal around the edges of the mold to help prevent blow out.

Cadweld is owned by Erico...anyone know what ERICO stands for?
It's how they got started about 100 years ago.
The shot powder is powdered aluminum, its used in thermite bombs.
I set a shot off on the ground, wow did it burn!
Anyway, be sure to watch the videos, its a safe product if used correctly.

It's not good when the liquid metal runs out of the mold.

Cadweld has universal molds now that use mineral wool to fill the gaps. One or two molds does everything you want. The old molds were a pain.

Cadweld makes a one shot mold, its very simple and if you are not doing a lot of shots, it would be the way to go (if if would work for your application)

I would second looking at their One-Shot products. There are many different styles and sizes, and they're reasonably priced.
