So 550.32 A is for MOBILE homes
I am working on Manufated home So 550.32 B is what I work off of. It states no Distance for Service disconect
So then 230.70 a 1 says either OUT side or nearest point of entry
230.85 needs a Emergency Disconnect outside

Asking because I have a New Meter main about 50' in from of Manufactured home, I was origanly planning to just come off that and feed the old panel inside.
Seems I am good. Can't find a distance requirement for the Service disconnect
Service Disconnect all is Emergency Disconnect. And it does not need to be within 30' cause its not a Mobile home. its on permeant foundation.
Oregon has no Revisions under 550.

Reassurance is all I need

Take a look at 550.2 and the definition of a manufactured home.

For the purpose of this Code and unless otherwise indicated, the term mobile home includes manufactured homes and excludes park trailers defined in Article 552.4.

That said, a lot of jurisdictions treat them differently. Locally a manufactured home is treated no differently from a "stick built" home

Dane did not read the last part so It is considered a Mobile Home and I do have to have the disconnect within 30 feet

I bet if I cut through the trees its 30' feet to the corner.
I hope so or I am losing some money.

For us, I believe we had better be able to see that disconnect, at least while the inspector is there. Along the lines of an inspector can only see 50'.

For zoning purposes specifically, many jurisdictions take note of whether there are permanent footings or foundation.
If permanent, the same permitting rules apply as for a stick built home.
If "temporary, they are allowed as a second occupancy on a single family lot as long as occupied by a family member.

Does anyone have a link on how to look up why an article was thought up in the first place. I believe you call them “substantiations”
Would like to know why a permanent manufacturers home would not have the same as a stick built

There is a provision/allowance for manufactured homes that allows the service to be on the home, same as a stick built, with stipulations.

550.32(B)
(1) The manufacturer shall include in its written installation
instructions information indicating that the home shall
be secured in place by an anchoring system or installed
on and secured to a permanent foundation.
(2) The installation of the service shall comply with Part I
through Part VII of Article 230.
(3) Means shall be provided for the connection of a grounding
electrode conductor to the service equipment and
routing it outside the structure.
(4) Bonding and grounding of the service shall be in accordance
with Part I through Part V of Article 250.
(5) The manufacturer shall include in its written installation
instructions one method of grounding the service equipment
at the installation site. The instructions shall clearly
state that other methods of grounding are found in Article
250.
(6) The minimum size grounding electrode conductor shall
be specified in the instructions.
(7) A red warning label shall be mounted on or adjacent to
the service equipment. The label shall state the following:
WARNING
DO NOT PROVIDE ELECTRICAL POWER
UNTIL THE GROUNDING ELECTRODE(S)
IS INSTALLED AND CONNECTED
(SEE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS).
