Bonding Service Wireway

Metallic 6 x 6 wireway has 3 PVC service conduits with 3/0 conductors enter and 3 PVC nipples to service equipment leaving.
Plan is to mount a equipment ground bar and run a #4Cu from each panel neutral to the bar.
Better idea ??

That or just bolt a lug directly with the correct number of ports to the wire way and connect all the neutrals there.
If you do it your way I'm questioning the size of #4. These would be supply side bonding jumpers.

You just need to size them to the largest service conductor. He said it was 3/0, so #4 is what that calls for.

Yes Augie would :)
There are 3 sets of 3/0 each to its own service disconenct which is what spurred the question.
A "common" bond jumper or GEC for the (3) 3/0s would be a 1/0 and each disconnect could have a #4 tapped to the common 1/0 but we have no need for the 1/0 (only electrodes are ground rods).
