bonding conductor

How deep should the 8 solid bonding conductor be buried for inground pool and how deep if within pvc,also should the connections be sealed with a sealing compound?I've read 680.26 didn't see anything about the depth or sealing of connections.Does Table 300.5 apply? The pool is inground with no grid has fiber optic lighting,a ladder and filter pump.Thanks

I also can find no requirements for depth of Bonding conductor.

why would one put the bonding conductor in any kind of conduit in the first place? Would not a bare wire work better?
