bonding conductor

How deep should the 8 solid bonding conductor be buried for inground pool and how deep if within pvc,also should the connections be sealed with a sealing compound? I've read 680 didn't see anything about the depth or sealing of connections. Does Table 300.5 apply ?The pool is inground with no grid has fiber optic lighting , a ladder and filter pump. Thanks

The conductor could be on the surface.

The bonding connections do not need sealing.
