What is proper method to ensure grounding of a floating aluminum dock to reduce objectionable or dangerous voltage to be introduced in or about the water or dock?
It seems if bonding to system electrical equipment you risk introducing NEV onto the dock. But if only bonding to a seperate ground rod clearing of a fault onto the dock not possible.

There is no real way to do that and that is why the code, in 555.10 (2020 code) or 555.24 (2017 code) requires this signage at the dock.

“WARNING — POTENTIAL SHOCK HAZARD — ELECTRICAL CURRENTS MAY BE PRESENT IN THE WATER.”
