We have a battery backup install in a house with very little space and no mechanical room. Homeowner wants the unit in the bathroom. The unit will contain the main service feeders to the house, a 200 amp transfer switch, batteries, and an inverter. I'm wondering if this location will work or not? Thanks

If there are circuit breakers involved then it would be a violation

240.24(E) Not Located in Bathrooms. In dwelling units, dormitories,
and guest rooms or guest suites, overcurrent devices, other
than supplementary overcurrent protection, shall not be located
in bathrooms.
