Art. 517 basic care space receptacle requirements

I have been asked to bid a dermatologist office with several patient exam rooms (basic care space). I understand the need for type HCF MC in such areas but there is no spec on circuit requirements. There are no beds, just 10 x 10 exam rooms with 4 to 5 duplex receptacles in each. There is no generator or special equipment. What are the requirements for feeding these receptacles? Thanks.

IMO, Art 517 grounding and not less than 180 va per yoke & GECI if with 6 ft of a sink..
