Aluminum wire on ground screw

I don't see an issue. There is an aluminum conductor in steel AC and MCAP in contact with with the sheath the whole length of the cable so dissimilar metals in contact with each other is not a problem. Of course over tightning the screw would have to be watched

This part of 110.14 would apply and it makes no mention of zinc.

Conductors of dissimilar metals shall not be intermixed in a terminal or splicing connector where physical contact occurs between dissimilar conductors (such as copper and aluminum, copper and copper-clad aluminum, or aluminum and copper-clad aluminum),
