Aluminum wire on ground screw

I don't see an issue. There is an aluminum conductor in steel AC and MCAP in contact with with the sheath the whole length of the cable so dissimilar metals in contact with each other is not a problem. Of course over tightning the screw would have to be watched

What is in 110.14 that would support or prohibit bare copper under typical ground screw in a galvanized steel box?

It is done all the time, yet copper and zinc are not a great thing to have in contact with one another.

This part of 110.14 would apply and it makes no mention of zinc.
