No distance at top of my mind but pretty certain any classified location will be based off of the "dispensing area" and not the tank itself.
Any automatic relief valves are also likely to have a classified location around them.

The tank is covered in Section/Table 514.3 and possibly Section/Table 515.3 depending on the application.
BTW the panel voltage is irrelevant for a power application. The enclosure Type may be, depending on its location.
