14' ABOVE CROUND POOL 100% PLASTIC , GFCI AND WATER BOND. IS THAT ALL I NEED. NO #8 SOLID WIRE AROUND THE POOL?

If it is truly all plastic and nothing metal goes in the pool, like a portable pool ladder then I would even question the water bond. Seems like that's more likely to introduce a hazard rather then prevent one. What would be the difference between what you describe and this. Someone will educate me. Where would the hazard exist? Getting out of the pool and standing on ground while touching the plastic pool ladder in the plastic pool? Even if in the pool and using a metal skimmer touching ground, where is the hazard? It essentially becomes and isolated body of water.
