Application is above ground gasoline tank/dispenser, 120V.
I can’t find the requirement that the OCPD opens both the ungrounded and grounded conductors.

Little help please.
Thanks

I will assume that you are on the 2017 NEC. In 2017 the NEC used extracted text from NFPA 30A for the emergency disconnect rule found in 514.11(A). The extracted text did not include the requirement for the disconnect to disconnect the grounded conductor. There is no indication that this was an intentional change. Just an attempt to make the requirements in 30A and the NEC match. It appears that CMP 14 did not pay close attention to the extracted text and did not notice that the extracted text deleted a long standing requirement of the NEC.

The 2014 and previous codes, as well as the 2020 code require the disconnect to disconnect both the grounded and ungrounded circuit conductors.
