What would be the best approach for feeding a 300 amp service on a garage? planing on putting a 325amp Continuous meter can with 2 150 amp panels. The service will be coming from the pole underground 180’ to garage location. would it be better paralleling feeders? If so what size aluminum conductors would be best considering voltage drop?

Are you sure the utility isn't responsible for running the service conductors to your meter?

Here's a voltage drop calculator.

If I'm reading it right, it says two sets of 3/0 AL would work. I assumed 3 phase at 240 volts.
