200 amp service question

One structure 2 meter extremly far apart on building. One service drop from utilities.what is best way to tap service conductor of utilities.

Question 2 200 amp services drops. On a carriage house and horse barn.

1 200 amp service is on front of home and fees carriage home the second 200 amp feeds the barn. I would like to. Remove a line to the property and make one line to proberbty.What must be done
