200 Amp Residential Meter Mains W/ copper buss

I am looking for a Meter with a Main breaker only with copper buss to feed an interior panel.
I checked the Siemens 'Speedfax'.
All Siemens meter mains are aluminum buss.
SQ D catalog looked the same,
Eaton catalog did not specify the buss type, but the one you linked to is a copper buss trailer panel.
Ill look into those more.

We are pretty religious about using copper bussed panels where possible.
A few years ago we noticed we weren't getting Siemens copper bussed 200A metermains anymore. I was told from our Siemens supply house they don't make them anymore.
The only metermain I've found in our area that is copper bussed still is Eaton CH. So I tried one once for an overhead service, never again. Poor design on how the wiring enters the metering compartment and lands on the lugs. I don't like chasing 4/0 AL through meter jaws to get to the lugs at the bottom....

I was a little surprised about Square D, since their QO load centers have a copper bus, but some searching on their website confirmed that on what they call Combination Service Entrance Devices, the bussing between the meter base and the main disconnect is aluminum. See:

Why must it be copper?
If you find one there is good chance it is tin plated copper.
