2 way Video Intercom

Anyone know of a manufacturer that does a good IP based 2 way video intercom where the person in the office and outside the door can both see each other on screens?

I had replied but it looks like it was deleted (I did link to the product) I will try again without the link. There's a product called alphatouch that is IP and does 2 way video to a mobile device. I have no affiliation with the company, I am simply aware of the product. Its not cheap.
