Had to install a 50amp 240volt receptacle (non-dwelling) outdoors.
It will be used for what I am told cow milking equipment as it is at a 4H camp.
I did not gather the material for this job, I met a project manager there yesterday with the material all ready. One thing I noticed was they had gotten just a standard 50amp breaker.
The way I read it, it should be a GFCI breaker. I don’t see any exceptions exempting us from that requirement.
If it were me I would have just went ahead and went the GFCI route the begin with, but before I bring it up to the big dogs I wanna make sure I’m not overloooking anything.
Am I missing something?
