I had been using Photobucket for the longest time when posting images in this Forum. It is no longer free. Does anyone know if there are any photo-hosting services that are still free ?

Thanks.

Google has some free. If you have amazon prime I think you can host from there as well.

Unless you need extremely hi res the forum will be happy to host your photos for you.

Image hosting for what purpose? Temp for us in a forum like this or, for your own personal?
If juts for online posts you can literally copy paste image to host on sites like

etc... I like these for quick image hosting. You can find a pic online or use the snip tool in windows to grab a screen section and then go to these site and paste in. In seconds you have a image URL that can be embedded.

I recently discovered that you can simply copy and paste images in here without needing a URL at all.
Yea me too, I was pleasantly surprised. I only learned of the above sites because of forums like these. Looks like times are changing.

I never knew you couldn’t...
C&P is the only way I’ve ever posted any picture here...

But there is a limit to the file size of the image when you do that.

everything i put online anywhere comes off of snagit, and i will
export it to a jpg and save it to my desktop, then upload it here.

snagit is flat awesome. between that, and acrobat pro, that is most of
what i use to handle stuff with.

no metadata. no gps, nada. posting stuff directly from any device you own is
not a good idea, imho.
