I have never seen one as you describe for sale, Mike Holt has nice tabs, Staples has highlighters.
Why would you want to buy one that someone else has tabbed and highlighted?
highlighting should only be done for specific sections that are important to you.
if it is important enough to highlight for everyone, Then everyone should know it. there’s really no use to highlight it...
