Feeding Temp outside permiter fence lighting

If you outdoor construction site perimeter fence lighting, about 1000' worth, what would you feed it with? I was thinking this. Romex would be ideal and cheap but it's not WP.

I would look at tray cable and call the fence a "messenger wire".

Yes NYC. Not too sure if it's accessible to the public and how far away from the sidewalk bridge lighting it is. We are awaiting a site logistics plan.

If the fence is accessible to the public it has to be a permanent wiring type installation

If not look into using UF.

Keep in mind (and budget for) all temp wiring needs to be supported by insulators or "victor splits"
