225.30? feeders from a pole mounter service

Ok, so I was called to provide an estimate for a generator installation.

When I arrived to the lady's home, I found a pole mounted 200 amp service (meter and main panel) and two feeders (one over head and one underground) going to the same manufactured home.

Underground 2awg 4 wire feeder was the original and connected to the feed through lugs at the bottom of the 200 amp panel on the pole and run to the panel in the home. (nice)

Overhead feeder was feed off a 100 amp breaker on the pole and run to an indoor rated panel on the outside of the trailer which then feed two 60 amp breakers for an electric forced hot air heating system. (more quality work)

I identified the code violations to the homeowner.

The "shoemaker" who installed this had his inspector come over and look at it. The inspector said the manufactured home could be feed by two feeders.

I think the inspector is incorrect (being polite) and do not see any wiggle room for interpretation on this.

Question: Does a pole service fall under 225.30 (More then one building or other structure)?
Is the pole a structure? Thoughts?

Is the pole a structure --- well if you can get everyone to agree on that then good luck. IMO, it is a structure but in either case there are still 2 feeders. One can argue if the heating system is a pack unit on the outside of the trailer then it is it's own structure but I don't buy that. IMO, you have a violation but if the inspector is good with it so be it.

I am not up on trailers so there may be something in 550 that allows it-- IDK. On a quick peak at 550 I don't see it is allowed. I don't know how you could comply with this

550.11(A) Disconnecting Means. A single disconnecting means
shall be provided in each mobile home consisting of a circuit
breaker, or a switch and fuses and its accessories installed
in a readily accessible location near the point of
entrance of the supply cord or conductors into the mobile
home. The main circuit breakers or fuses shall be plainly
marked “Main.”

Hi Dennis,
Hope heating system was install in the usual closet for a trailer heating system.
I could not find any exception as to why this would be permitted.
