Hi, Scope of work is: A dental office that is giong to have five dental chairs.
I think I have to put this note on plan and execute it .

"NEC 517-13 A+B saying provis effective groundin path by installing double-ground, green armord cable..... (not ceiling mounted light fixtures)"

Also I have to cross connect panel boards grounnding bus bars if more than one in area of patients.

I do not need to provid isolated grounding system, do I ?????

is this all I have to consider????

Thank you for your answer, recommend.

Be cautious with your wording on the light fixtures. The wiring of fixtures still has restrictions when compared to non patient care areas.

Procedures being done could make some difference as well. Most general dental clinics would have less restrictions but those that have "oral surgeon" type procedures done could have stricter requirements as the type of care administered is on a different level. Patients can be under a general anesthesia for these procedures and could be in critical condition if power is lost and there is no emergency system, or should things turn for the worst they could need other immediate care which these kinds of care providers have the training to do much more care beyond general dental then your average general clinic dentist has.

I once had to go to an oral surgeon, he did not put me out, but that was optional for the procedure he was performing. He did connect me to a heart monitor though.
