Generator Conductor Ampacities

Per 2011 NEC 445.13, would the conductors from the generator terminals to the overcurrent device supplied with the generator be considered the conductors referenced in this article for allowable ampacity? The situation is as follows: Kohler 20kw generator with a service rated transfer switch (200 A), 100 amp breaker on generator, feeding back to transfer switch with 2 Al SER. Generator rated 75 Amps max. Any help greatly appreciated.

In my opinion yes, however it has been posted here before that some AHJs apply that section to the conductors leaving a generator mounted, factory installed breaker.
