Please clarify the 22.5 and 10 feet requirement. the pool I am working on the wires are at 25 feet high and 5 feet to the side, in other words if the wires fell from 25 feet high they would be 5 feet away. This seems to be ok because even if the wires were directly on top of the pool if its above 22.5 it will be ok. I think the 10 feet horizontal is if the wires are on the ground please confirm
