SEC close to grade - conduit needed?

When an SEC enters a home foundation this close to grade, does it need to be in conduit?

It appears to be subject to physical damage and will need some type of protection. See 230.50(B)(6).

Ah now I see it. :ashamed1: I looked before with a smaller monitor and missed it off to the right. If it's not subject to physical damage it does not require protection.
