There are a couple of buildings here, that I know about, that are wired up using it. There may be others.

I remember checking catalogs once, and there was no NM with a blue conductor offered. I stand corrected ... maybe. Are we sure we're not talking about 'tray cable,' which looks very much like black NM, but is a different product altogether?
