Building Types help

I am taking over a job, small commercial space started with no permits. It is two floors, I saw wood framing and most of the existing wiring was bx and some emt. The new wiring that was started is NM, which I believe is ok to use but I was trying to determine the building type. I can't find a link to NFPA 220 table 3-1 which is supposed to show that.

Thanks, no wonder I couldn't find it. Thought it was in a building code book.
