Notes says "Infrared Scan all equipment with "full load test"."

How do you determine what equipment will get full load test and what exactly is a "full load" test? Testing with a load bank...generators, bus duct etc.?

Depending on the equipment it usually means a load bank downstream to draw maximum current (equipment rating) through the equipment so you can scan the terminals for uneven or excessive heating.

Section 9 of the NETA Acceptance Testing Standard describes how to do it.
